TMSS invites application from eligible candidates for the following post of Housing Project (LICHSP).<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job_des\">\n<h4>Job Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall technical assistance to Housing Project (LICHSP) regarding all types of drawing, from planning to implementation, monitoring and coordination with the beneficiaries in all respect;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all types of architectural, Structural, Sanitary &amp; Plumbing and Electrical drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare housing plan if required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare detail estimates of a housing project\/building construction project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all technical inputs and cost estimates related to the construction components are accurate, timely provided and included in the project proposals and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Operations and programs required activities ensuring proper and timely actions from both, the World Bank&#8217;s and PKSF&#8217;s side.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks assigned by the authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job_nat\">\n<h4>Employment Status<\/h4>\n<p>Contractual<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job_nat\">\n<h4>Workplace<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Work at office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"edu_req\">\n<h4>Educational Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Civil Engineering Degree from any recognized institution with minimum 02 first divisions.
